Fuel Fees

A Fuel Product can have one or more Fuel Fees associated.

In real life these are costs associated with the fuel uplift, that are not strictly paid for the fuel product itself, and may vary depending on the flight type and destination.

Fuel Fees represents also taxes.

excludedCountrieslist, nullIf appliesToInternational is true, a list of destination countries for which flights are excluded from paying this Fee.

null if appliesToInternational is false.
pricenumber, nullThe price of this Fee.

null if this information was not specified.
unitstring, nullThe units in which this Fee is measured.

Possible values are:
UPLIFT for Fees charged once per uplift event
LTR for liters
USG for US Gallons
IMP for Imperial Gallons
PERCENT for fees charged as a percentage of the price of the parent Fuel Product.

currencystring, nullThe ISO 4217 3-letters currency code.

null if this information was not added.
taxboolean, nulltrue if this Fee represents a tax which is levied by or on behalf of a government.
